Delivery and Returns

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPPING**

WE ARE EXPERIENCED WITH THE FRAGILITY OF THESE ITEMS AND WILL ENSURE THAT THEY ARE ADEQUATELY PACKED. ALL WILL BE SENT BY SIGNED FOR, TRACKED, MAIL OR COURIER

RETURNS AND DAMAGED ITEMS:

Made a mistake?, not quite what you expected? Carefully re-pack and return the items to us and, providing it reaches us in the same condition as when we sent it to you, we will either refund the full cost, including carriage charge or exchange it for a nominated alternative.

The return address will be on the shipping label of the package.

If you have lost this please e-mail us and we’ll provide you with an address.

Cost of return courier is the responsibility of the buyer.

If a couriered item arrives damaged or, if, in the buyer’s opinion, it doesn’t match the on-site description, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

In cases of items arriving damaged please take 2-3 photographs of the item, in situ, with the packaging, as if just opened. This is MANDATORY for ALL items and no refunds will be made without photographic evidence.

You will be provided with a tracking number and the reciprocal web address of the courier charged with the delivery. Non-delivered ‘lost in transit’ items should be reported to us for investigation after at least two weeks has been allowed for delivery or if the tracking information abruptly stops for more than 3-4 days.
